Welcome to the first course at CurioCity provided by Karena Cai. By signing up for the course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All content provided in this course—including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, slide decks, worksheets, and recordings of live sessions—is the sole property of Karena Cai and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, record, or download course content
• Share, redistribute, or publish course content online or offline
• Use the course materials to create derivative works or teach others

2. Live Sessions

Live sessions are intended for your individual participation. You may not share login access with others or record any live sessions without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to record live sessions for internal quality purposes or to make them available to participants after the session.

3. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if you:

• Engage in misconduct in live sessions or online forums
• Share content without permission
